The Butler Longhorn Museum presents League City Garden Club’s Unlock Your Inner Artist Art Show and Sale
When the Covid19 lockdown took effect in March of 2020, the League City Garden Club put out a call for artwork to the general public. Its goal was to help people shiD their focus from negaFve current events to the beauty all around them, even if just for a few brief moments. ParFcipants of all ages were asked to draw or paint the peace and tranquility of nature as they could see it from their window, balcony, or the safety of their own backyard. You will see the artwork that was submiKed was absolutely amazing. Also on display is a collage of photos provided by LCGC members in the Spring of 2020, showcasing the joy they find in nature and gardening, even when life has come to a standsFll. There’s never been a beKer Fme to be a gardener!

Art Exhibit Proceeds benefit the LCGC Scholarship, Beautification and Horticultural programs. The League City Garden Club is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and one of League City’s oldest all-volunteer organizations. This is an indoor event following all CDC rules. Masks are required.
